透明成形冠在乳前牙美容修复中的应用效果探讨

Discussion on Application Effect of Transparent Shaped Crown in Cosmetic Restoration of Deciduous Anterior Teeth

目的探讨透明成形冠在乳前牙美容修复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月我院收治的80例乳前牙大面积龋损患儿,随机分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40)。对照组去腐后采用复合树脂填充,观察组在复合树脂全冠修复中应用透明成形冠。比较两组患儿治疗后6个月、12个月的乳前牙修复成功率及患儿家属对美容修复的满意程度。结果治疗后12个月,观察组的乳前牙修复成功率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属对美容修复的满意程度为100.00%,明显高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。结论与传统乳前牙修复方式相比,透明成形冠技术可明显提高龋损患儿乳前牙修复成功率,且患儿家属对美容修复的满意程度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of transparent shaped crown in cosmetic restoration of deciduous anterior teeth.Methods 80 children with large area caries of deciduous anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was filled with composite resin after caries removal,and the observation group used transparent shaped crown in the composite resin whole-crown restoration.The success rates of deciduous anterior tooth restoration after 6 months and 12 months of treatment,and the satisfaction degree to cosmetic restoration of family members were compared between the two groups.Results 12 months after treatment,the success rate of deciduous anterior tooth restoration in the observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree to cosmetic restoration of the family members in the observation group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 82.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the traditional method of deciduous anterior tooth restoration,the transparent shaped crown technique can significantly improve the success rate of deciduous anterior tooth restoration in children with caries,with higher satisfaction degree to cosmetic restoration of children's family members,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
