摘要
目的探讨饮食干预在维持性血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年1月至2019年3月期间收治的维持性血液透析继发甲状旁腺功能亢进症患者,随机分为常规组(常规护理)和实验组(常规护理+饮食干预),各46例。比较两组患者干预前、干预3个月的血磷、血钙、钙磷乘积、白蛋白、甲状旁腺激素水平以及护理满意度。结果干预前,两组的血磷、血钙、钙磷乘积、白蛋白、甲状旁腺激素水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预3个月后,实验组的血磷、钙磷乘积、甲状旁腺激素水平低于常规组,白蛋白水平高于常规组(P均<0.05)。实验组的护理满意度为97.83%,显著高于常规组的84.78%(P<0.05)。结论饮食干预应用于维持性血液透析继发甲状旁腺功能亢进症患者中,能有效调节患者的钙磷代谢,降低甲状旁腺激素水平,并提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of dietary intervention in patients with maintenance hemodialysis secondary hyperparathyroidism.Methods 92 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis secondary hyperparathyroidism admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into routine group(routine nursing)and experimental group(routine nursing+dietary intervention),with 46 cases in each group.The serum phosphorus,serum calcium,calcium-phosphorus product,albumin and parathyroid hormone levels before intervention and 3 months after intervention,and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the serum phosphorus,serum calcium,calcium-phosphorus product,albumin and parathyroid hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after intervention,the serum phosphorus,calcium-phosphorus product and parathyroid hormone levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group,and the albumin level was higher than that of the routine group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 97.83%,significantly higher than 84.78%of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dietary intervention in patients with maintenance hemodialysis secondary hyperparathyroidism can effectively regulate the calcium and phosphorus metabolism,reduce the parathyroid hormone level,and improve the nursing satisfaction degree.
