风险管理在血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Risk Management for Hemodialysis Patients

目的分析风险管理在血液透析患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年2月期间于我院行血液透析的80例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规血液透析护理,观察组在此基础上给予风险管理,比较两组的风险事件发生率和并发症发生率。结果护理期间,观察组的风险事件发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论风险管理可有效减少血液透析中的风险事件,控制并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of risk management for hemodialysis patients.Methods 80 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine hemodialysis nursing,and the observation group was given risk management on this basis.The incidences of risk events and complications were compared between the two groups.Results During the nursing,the incidence of risk events in the observation group was 2.50%,lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Risk management can effectively reduce the risk events in hemodialysis,and control the occurrence of complications.
