乾隆年间“成都将军”之职能及对康藏地区的影响

The Functions of “Chengdu General” and Its Influence on Kangzang Area during Qianlong Period

成都将军,全衔称"镇守成都等处地方将军",乃清廷设置的最后一处驻防将军,最初是清廷为稳定大小金川战役后的局势所特设。自乾隆四十一年(1776)设置以来,成都将军对康藏地区乃至西南边疆的政治稳定、经济发展、民族团结等多个方面的发展起了重要作用。笔者以乾隆年间成都将军的职能为研究对象,结合史料辩证地看待成都将军在乾隆年间所做的贡献。

Chengdu General, with the full title of"General guarding Chengdu and other places", was thelast garrison general set up by the Qing Dynasty, which was originally specially set up by the Qing Dynasty to sta-bilize the situation after the Jinchuan campaign. Since its establishment in 1776, Chengdu General has playedan important role in the development of political stability, economic development, national unity and other as-pects of the Kangzang region and even the southwest frontier. The author takes the functions of Chengdu gener-als during the Qianlong years as the research object, and dialectically looks at the contributions made by Cheng-du generals during the Qianlong period through the combination of historical materials.
