援助规模巨大、实施机构众多、社会影响深远、时代特征突出、战略意义重大的援藏政策取得了举世瞩目的历史成就。在此背景下,援藏干部与西藏脱贫攻坚是一个重要且值得深入探讨的课题。援藏干部在西藏脱贫攻坚工作中取得的成功经验是:立足当前,以精准援藏助力精准扶贫、着眼长远,厚植西藏系统性可持续发展能力、目标瞄准,激发贫困地区和贫困户内生动力。这些经验的启示与推广,可为同样实行对口支援政策或其他实行对口扶贫的地区加以借鉴。

The policy of aid to Tibet, which has a huge scale of aid, a large number of implementing agen-cies, profound social influence, prominent characteristics of the times and great strategic significance, has maderemarkable historical achievements. Tibetan assisting cadres made great contribution to the achievement of pov-erty alleviation: on the basis of the current situation, with powerful targeted Tibet poverty alleviation, long-termperspective, systemic and sustainable development ability, inspiring poor areas and poor endogenous power. Theenlightenment and extension of these experiences can be used for reference by other regions to implement pover-ty alleviation policies.
