Development of acrylic/wool/polyamide worsted fabrics in semi-worsted suede style

针对采用毛纺设备生产多组分半精纺面料的技术难题,提高产品质量及生产效率,基于半精纺工艺技术,通过对毛纺工艺设备进行改造升级,并对纺纱、织造、染整各工序进行工艺调整及质量控制,开发出具有半精纺绒面风格的腈纶/羊毛/锦纶多组分混纺面料,且提高了纤维原料的利用率及生产效率。开发的双层面料蓬松柔软、保暖、透气性好,可为企业大规模生产提供指导。

In order to solve the technical difficulties of the pure-wool spinning equipment in the production process of multi-components semi-worsted fabrics,and to improve the product quality and production efficiency,the pure-wool spinning equipment was upgraded based on the semi-worsted technology,and then a kind of acrylic/wool/polyamide blended fabric was developed which had a similar suede surface effects with semi-worsted fabrics.In this way,the utilization ratio of raw materials as well as the production efficiency were improved.The new developed double-face fabric had soft fluffy handle,good warmth and permeability characteristics.Besides,the processing adjusting and the quality control were taken in every process from spinning,weaving to finishing process,which can offer the guides for the following mass production.
