低强度聚焦超声缓解慢性软组织损伤疼痛的多中心研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨低强度聚焦超声(low-intensity focused ultrasound,LIFU)在慢性软组织损伤疼痛治疗中的有效性、安全性及短期疗效。方法:严格按照纳入标准筛选,186名进入本研究的慢性软组织损伤病人均连续10天内每日接受一次针对疼痛靶点的LIFU治疗,使用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)在治疗前及每次治疗后30 min,疗程结束后第3天、7天、14天、21天对损伤部位进行疼痛评分,分析疼痛在治疗前后的变化,并计算有效率以评价治疗效果;记录治疗期间及随访期间不良反应发生病例数,计算不良反应发生率以评价治疗安全性。结果:治疗期间和随访期间与治疗开始前相比VAS评分均明显下降(P<0.05)。但治疗第8、9、10次之间的VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:结果提示LIFU在慢性软组织损伤的疼痛治疗中是安全有效的,并有一定的维持作用。 Objective:The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects and safety of low-intensity focused ultrasound(LIFU)in the treatment of chronic soft-tissue injury induced pain.Methods:A total of 186 patients with chronic soft-tissue injury were treated with LIFU.These patients received LIFU therapy once per day for 10 d and reductions in subjective pain were determined using the visual analogue scale(VAS)with scores ranging from 0 to 10.Pain relief was evaluated at 30 minutes before each treatment and post-treatment and on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21th day after the treatment.The number of cases of side effects during treatment and follow-up were recorded.Results:VAS scores were significantly lower during treatment and during follow-up than before treatment(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the 8th,9th and 10th treatments(P>0.05).Conclusion:The LIFU device used in this study is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic soft-tissue injury induced pain.
