摘要
针对通辽金煤煤制乙二醇装置恩德炉系统压滤机长期运行后稳定性差、故障率高的问题,从压滤工艺、过滤元件、结构防腐等方面分析了问题产生的原因,通过加装小回流管改变入料方式、更换隔膜滤板、经试验选型滤布、防腐处理结构件等方案,提高了压滤机的运行稳定性。
In view of the poor stability and high failure rate of press filter of Ende furnace system in coal to ethylene glycol plant,the problem was analyzed from the aspects of press filtering process,filter element and structure anticorrosion.The filter operation stability was improved through adding small reflux pipe to change the feed approach,changing the membrane filter plate,selecting filter cloth and anticorrosion structural part after test,etc.
