摘要 为提高韶钢6 m焦炉焦炭热强度稳定率,分析了国内1#焦煤煤质、焦煤水分、清场含杂煤配用量、配煤比调改次数等对焦炭热强度稳定率的影响,通过加强对焦煤煤质、焦煤水分、清场含杂煤的管控,减少配煤比调改次数,使焦炭热强度标准偏差σn-1由2018年第1季度的1.64降低至第4季度的0.95,提高了焦炭热强度稳定率。 The factors affecting coke thermal strength stability of 6 m coke oven in Shaoguan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.were analyzed,including domestic 1#coking coal quality,coking coal moisture,impure coal blending volume,adjustment frequency of coal blending ratio,etc.By taking corresponding improvement measures,such as strengthening the control of coking coal quality,coking coal moisture and impure coal,and reducing the adjustment frequency of coal blending ratio,the standard deviation n-1 of coke thermal strength was reduced from 1.64 in the first quarter of 2018 to 0.95 in the fourth quarter,which greatly improved the coke thermal strength stability.
