摘要
对脱硫剂羟乙基六氢均三嗪、双(噁唑烷-3-基)甲烷及1,3-噁唑烷展开合成及脱硫化氢应用研究,着重对羟乙基均三嗪、双噁唑烷及噁唑烷的脱硫能力进行性能测试表征,此外对三嗪类脱硫剂在脱硫过程中产生结垢现象的机理进行了探讨。实验表明,噁唑烷及双噁唑烷具有一定的脱硫能力,其中双噁唑烷在有机体系中的硫容能达到3.8 g/25 g,脱硫能力与三嗪相当,同时没有三嗪在高温下结垢的短板,因此在油气田脱硫领域具有很好的应用前景。
The synthesis and application of hydroethyltriazine,bis(oxazolidine-3-yl)methane and 1,3-oxazolidine as desulfurizers were studied.The performance of hydroethyltriazine,bis(oxazolidine)and oxazolidine as desulfurizers was tested and characterized.In addition,the mechanism of scaling in the process of desulfurizing was discussed.The experimental results showed that oxazolidine and bisoxazolidine had a certain desulfurization capacity,the sulfur capacity of bisoxazolidine in the organic system can reach 3.8 g/25 g,the desulfurization capacity was equivalent to triazine,and there was no short plate of triazine scaling at high temperature,so it had a good application prospect in the field of oil and gas field desulfurization.
