半枝莲中4种黄酮类化合物的含量测定 被引量:4

摘要 建立一种同时测量半枝莲中野黄芩苷、野黄芩素、木樨草素和芹菜素含量的高效液相测定方法。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.1%甲酸水为流动相(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为10μL,柱温为30℃。结果表明4个化合物分别在浓度范围10.20~1020μg/mL、2.21~221μg/mL、2.05~205μg/mL、2.00~200μg/mL内呈现出良好的线性关系(R≤0.9995),四种标准品的加样回收率在90.17%~107.4%之间。本方法简便易行,适于同时检测半枝莲中野黄芩苷、野黄芩素、木樨草素、芹菜素的含量。 An high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of scutellarin,scutellarein,luteolin and apigenin in Scutellaria barbata was established.High performance liquid chromatography was performed using Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-aqueous solution(0.1%formic acid)for gradient elution,the flow rate was set at 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume was set at 10μL,the column temperature was set at 30℃.The results showed that scutellarin,scutellarein,luteolin and apigenin showed good linear relationship(R≤0.9995)in the concentration range 10.20~1020μg/mL,2.21~221μg/mL,2.05~205μg/mL and 2.00~200μg/mL,and the recovery rate of the four standards was all between 90.17%and 107.4%.This method was simple,rapid,and it was suitable for simultaneous determination of scutellarin,scutellarein,luteolin and apigenin.
