摘要 切削废液净化处理问题一直是工业中备受关注的问题,针对此问题,本团队根据废水重力分离处理法,设计并研发了一套切削废液回收处理设备。相较于工业常用设备,此设备具有结构简单、安装方便、搬运轻简等优点,废液处理效率约为17 L/min。经废液净化试验,本设备处理后的切削废液符合国家废液排放标准,且本设备节能环保,运营成本低,适用于中小型企业。 Purification and treatment of cutting wastewater has always been a problem of great concern in industry.To solve this problem,a set of equipment for recovery and treatment of cutting wastewater based on gravity separation of wastewater was designed and developed.Compared with the common industrial equipment,this equipment had the advantages of simple structure,easy installation,light handling,and so on.The waste liquid treatment efficiency was about 17 L/min.After the waste liquid purification test,the cutting waste liquid treated by the equipment met the national waste liquid discharge standard,and the equipment was energy-saving,environmental protection,low operating cost,suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
