摘要
通过学习国家相关政策文件对从事高等职业教育教师的技能以及对提升学生技能所需的实验实训场所的建设要求,以我校药物分析实验室管理改革为切入点,分析如何通过实验室管理改革来提升教师和学生的职业技能。具体从当前实验室存在的问题,实验室管理改革的措施以及实验室管理改革的意义和成效等方面来论述,希望能够为今后高职药学类实验室管理更加科学、合理、高效提供参考。
By studying the relevant national policy documents,the skills of teachers engaged in higher vocational education and the construction requirements of experimental training places needed to improve students skills,taking the reform on drug analysis laboratory management of our school as the entry point,how to pass the laboratory was analyzed.Management reforms can improve the professional skills of teachers and students.Specifically,the problems existing in the current laboratory,the measures of laboratory management reform,and the significance and effectiveness of laboratory management reform were discussed.It was hoped to provide reference for the future scientific,rational and efficient management of higher vocational pharmacy laboratories.
