摘要 分析了混凝土自动配料系统影响成品质量的主要原因,即动态称重过程中产生的配比误差,将自适应模糊控制原理用于取料环节的控制;针对影响控制精度的下料速度和提前量两个参数,根据其非线性和不确定性特征,运用系统的自学习和自适应能力,反复多次修改控制规则;对配料速度按照粗调和精调分段模糊控制,满足了快速配料的动态性能要求;用重量偏差和偏差变化量对提前量及时调整,以满足配料精度的要求,提高系统的静态性能;保证了不同强度配方和不同级配量的各批次产品抗压强度符合设计标准,减少建筑工程质量隐患,并在实际工程应用中得到了验证。 The main reason affecting the product quality of the automatic batching system of the concrete is analyzed,namely the proportioning error generated during the dynamic weighing process.The adaptive fuzzy control principle is used for the control of the reclaiming link.According to the characteristics of nonlinearity and uncertainty,the self-learning and self-adaptive ability of the system are applied to repeatedly modify the control rules.The segmented fuzzy control of rough/fine adjustment is applied on the batching speed,to satisfy the dynamic performance requirements for fast batching.The advance value is adjusted in time with weight deviation and the deviation variation,to meet the accuracy requirements of batching system and improve the static performance of the system.The design standards of the products with different compressive strength and different gradatings can be satisfied,and the hidden quality dangers of the construction engineering can be reduced.These have been verified in practical engineering applications.
