砷冰铜常压酸浸回收铜工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 考察常压条件下硫酸起始浓度、液固比、反应温度、浸出时间、氧化剂和助浸剂Cu^2+对砷冰铜中铜浸出率的影响。结果表明,在始酸浓度150g/L、液固比8∶1、浸出温度85℃、浸出时间3h、氧化剂双氧水加入量2.5mL/g和助浸剂Cu^2+浓度2g/L的最优工艺条件下,砷冰铜中铜浸出率可达96.35%,砷浸出率为76.16%,铅、银入渣率大于99%。浸出渣在火法炼铅系统回收铅、银等有价金属,从而使铜、铅、银等有价金属得到综合回收。 Effects of initial concentration of sulfuric acid,L/S,reaction temperature,leaching time,oxidizing agent,and assisting leaching agent(Cu^2+)on copper leaching rate in arsenic matte were investigated at atmospheric pressure.The results indicate that leaching rate of copper and arsenic from arsenic matte is 96.35%and 76.16%respectively,while content of lead and silver entering residue is both 99%above under the optimum conditions including initial sulfuric acid concentration of 150g/L,L/S=8/1,reaction temperature of 85℃,leaching time of 3h,dosage of oxidizing agent(H2O2)of 2.5mL/g,and concentration of assisting leaching agent(Cu^2+)of 2g/L.Lead and silver in leaching residue can be recycled by pyrometallurgical lead smelting.Valuable metals such as copper,lead,silver etc.can be comprehensively recovered.
