梁如镜名中医使用加味半夏厚朴汤治疗咳嗽临床观察

Clinical Observation on Liang Rujing Traditional Chinese Medicine Expert in the Treatment of Cough with Modified Banxia Houpu Decoction

目的探讨梁如镜名中医使用加味半夏厚朴汤治疗咳嗽的临床疗效。方法随机选取2018年1月-2019年1月收治的100例咳嗽患者作为研究对象。所有患者均采用加味半夏厚朴汤治疗。比较治疗前、后症状积分、治疗效果及炎症指标。结果服用中药治疗咳嗽后,患者症状积分明显降低,炎症指标数值明显改变,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗总有效率达95.00%。结论加味半夏厚朴汤治疗咳嗽疗效显著,有利于减轻临床症状,促进炎症指标恢复,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liang Rujing traditional Chinese medicine expert in the treatment of cough with modified Banxia Houpu decoction.Methods One hundred patients with cough admitted from January 20 to January 2019 were randomly selected as subjects.All patients were treated with modified Banxia Houpu decoction.Symptom scores before and after treatment,treatment effects and inflammation indicators were compared.Results After taking Chinese medicine to treat cough,the patient’s symptom score was significantly reduced,and the inflammatory index value was significantly changed.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00%.Conclusion Modified Banxia Houpu decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of cough,which is beneficial to alleviate clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of inflammation indicators and improve the therapeutic effect.
