中药足浴对糖尿病周围神经病变(阳虚寒凝证)患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

The Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Foot Bath on Anxiety and Depression of Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (Yang Deficiency and Cold Coagulation Syndrome)

目的观察中药足浴对阳虚寒凝证糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的临床疗效及对其焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的92例DPN患者随机分为治疗组46例,对照组46例。2组均采用胰岛素降血糖治疗方案,口服甲钴胺及贝前列素钠治疗,对照组给予温水足浴;治疗组在对照组基础上,予中药足浴治疗。4周后,比较2组患者的胫前及腓总神经神经传导速度变化及焦虑抑郁评分。结果治疗组总有效率为76.09%,对照组总有效率为53.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组在改善胫前及腓总神经MNCV、SNCV及焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药足浴治疗DPN阳虚寒凝证,能明显改善DPN患者神经传导速度和焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine foot bath on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome and its effect on anxiety and depression.Methods 92 DPN patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).Both groups were treated with insulin hypoglycemic therapy,oral mecobalamin and beraprost sodium,while the control group was given warm water foot bath.The treatment group was treated with foot bath of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks,the changes of nerve conduction velocity and anxiety and depression scores of anterior tibial and common peroneal nerves in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.09%,and that of the control group was 53.33%.the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the scores of MNCV,SNCV,SAS,SDS,etc.(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine foot bath can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity,anxiety and depression in DPN patients with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.
