自拟清热凉血方治疗血热型寻常型银屑病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Self-made Clearing Heat and Cooling Blood Recipe in the Treatment of Hemothermic Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨自拟清热凉血方治疗血热型寻常型银屑病疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月在辽宁省铁岭市辽宁奉天中医院铁岭分院皮肤科接受治疗的80例血热型寻常型银屑病患者,对照组患者40例采取常规西医治疗,试验组40例在对照组的基础上采用自拟清热凉血方治疗,对2组患者治疗后总有效率及PASI评分比较。结果试验组患者治疗后PASI评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组总有效率85.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟清热凉血方治疗血热型寻常型银屑病疗效明显,安全性高,能有效缓解或消除临床症状和体征,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of the self-made clearing heat and cooling blood recipe in the treatment of hemothermic psoriasis vulgaris.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in Tieling Branch of Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,80 cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients were divided into two groups.40 patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group of 40 cases used self-made clearing heat and cooling blood recipe.After treatment,the total effective rate and the PASI score was compared.Results The PASI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%,and that of the control group was 85.0%.The experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made clearing heat and cooling blood recipe has obvious curative effect and high safety in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.It can effectively alleviate or eliminate clinical symptoms and signs,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
