补肾健骨汤辅助治疗腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical Observation on Bushen Jianggu Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Compression Fractures of Lumbar Spine

摘要 目的探讨补肾健骨汤辅助治疗腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折的效果。方法将94例骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者随机分为2组各47例,2组均接受经皮椎体后凸成形术,对照组术后按西医常规处理,研究组在其基础上服用补肾健骨汤,比较2组术后疼痛、腰椎和髋部骨密度(BMD)值和Oswestry生活质量评分。结果研究组术后1周和术后1个月的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术前和术后6个月腰椎和髋部BMD比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究组术后1个月、3个月、6个月的Oswestry评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者加用补肾健骨汤可减轻疼痛,提高生活质量,但对增加骨密度的作用有限。 Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Jianggu decoction in the treatment of osteoporotic compression fracture of lumbar spine.Methods 94 cases of osteoporotic compression fracture were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty.The control group was treated with routine western medicine after operation,and the study group was treated with Bushen Jianggu decoction on the basis of the control group.Postoperative pain,bone mineral density(BMD)of lumbar spine and hip and Oswestry quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1 week and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMD of lumbar spine and hip between the two groups before and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).The Oswestry score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jiangu decoction can relieve pain and improve the quality of life in patients with osteoporotic compression fracture,but it has limited effect on increasing bone mineral density.
