微针刀加拔罐配服中药治疗重度疼痛性神经根型颈椎病16例

Micro-needle knife and Cupping Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Severe Painful Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis for 16 Cases

目的探讨微针刀加拔罐配服中药治疗重度疼痛性神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取2017年3月-2019年3月收治的重度疼痛性神经根型颈椎病患者32例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各16例。对照组单用中药治疗,观察组在中药治疗的基础上再加微针刀和拔罐治疗。比较2组临床疗效、疼痛程度。结果观察组总有效率93.75%(15/16),高于对照组的50.00%(8/16),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分(3.21±1.35)分低于对照组(5.34±1.16)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微针刀联合拔罐、中药治疗重度疼痛性神经根型颈椎病患者,可有效提高临床疗效,降低患者疼痛程度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of micro-needle knife and cupping combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe painful cervical spondylosis of nerve root for 16 cases.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,32 cases of severe painful nerve root cervical spondylosis were selected.According to the method of random digital table,they were divided into control group(n=16)and observation group(n=16).The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone,and the observation group was treated with micro-needle knife and cupping on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%(15/16),which was higher than that of the control group(50.0%(8/16)).After treatment,the(VAS)score of visual analog scale in the observation group(3.21±1.35)was lower than that in the control group(5.34±1.16),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-needle knife combined with cupping and traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical effect and reduce the degree of pain in patients with severe painful cervical spondylosis of nerve root.
