中医药治疗2型糖尿病脂代谢异常的研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Abnormal Lipid Metabolism in Type 2 Diabetes

2型糖尿病通常存在血脂异常,因此临床又称2型糖尿病为"糖脂病"。糖尿病脂代谢异常的临床表现通常为高密度脂蛋白胆固醇下降、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高及甘油三酯升高。糖尿病脂代谢异常通常存在胰岛素抵抗情况,其中甘油三酯水平显著升高为2型糖尿病最为突出的脂代谢紊乱表现。中医学将糖尿病划分为"消渴"范畴,本研究通过整理近年来2型糖尿病脂代谢异常有关资料,以中医辨证分型角度对中医药治疗2型糖尿病脂代谢异常的运用价值展开如下综述。

Type 2 diabetes usually has dyslipidemia,so it is also called"glycolipidosis"in type 2 diabetes.The clinical manifestations of abnormal lipid metabolism in diabetes are usually a decrease in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,an increase in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and an increase in triglycerides.Abnormal lipid metabolism in diabetes usually has insulin resistance,and the level of triglyceride is significantly increased to the most prominent manifestation of lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetes.In the motherland medicine,diabetes is divided into the category of"consumptive thirst".This study summarizes the application value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes lipid metabolism abnormality by the classification of TCM syndromes in type 2 diabetes in recent years.
