醒脑治瘫胶囊治疗急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的临床研究

Clinical Study on Xingnao Zhitan Capsule in the Treatment of Carotid Atherosclerosis in Patients with Aacute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察醒脑治瘫胶囊治疗急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法将80例入选的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予内科基础药物治疗。对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片,治疗组口服阿托伐他汀钙片+醒脑治瘫胶囊,疗程3个月。分别在治疗前后检测患者血脂、hs-CRP、FIB、D-D的水平。使用彩色多普勒超声测量IMT、各个斑块大小,计算Crouse斑块积分。观察服药期间有无不良反应的发生。结果治疗后,治疗组TC、LDL较对照组的下降更显著(P<0.05),TG较对照组的下降不明显(P>0.05),两组HDL的升高不明显(P>0.05);治疗组FIB、D-D、hs-CRP、IMT、Crouse积分的改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗组颈动脉彩超临床疗效总有效率82.1%,对照组60.5%,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑治瘫胶囊具有调节血脂紊乱、减轻炎症反应、降低血液高凝状态的作用,改善颈动脉内中膜厚度,减小斑块体积,无严重不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingnao Zhitan Capsule in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups are given basic medical treatment.The control group is given oral atorvastatin calcium tablets,the treatment group is given oral atorvastatin calcium tablets and Xingnao Zhitan Capsule.Both groups are treated for 3 months.The levels of blood lipids,hs-CRP,FIB and D-D are measured before and after treatment.IMT and individual plaque size are measured using colored doppler ultrasound,and the crouse integral of the plaque are calculated.Adverse reactions are observed during the medication.Results After treatment,the TC and LDL in the treatment group are significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the TG is not significantly decreased compared with the control group(P>0.05).The increase of HDL in the two groups is not significant(P>0.05).The improvement of FIB,D-D,hs-CRP,IMT and Crouse scores in the treatment group is more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment group is 82.1%,and the control group is 60.5%.The treatment group is higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingnao Zhitan Capsule can regulate dyslipidemia,reduce inflammation,reduce blood hypercoagulability,improve carotid intima-media thickness,reduce plaque volume,and have no serious adverse reactions.
