保和丸研究进展

Progress in Baohe Pill Research

保和丸是临床常用的消食导滞药物,出自朱丹溪所著的《丹溪心法》。保和丸的主要成分为有机酸、橙皮苷以及连翘苷等,具有增加胃肠运动、提高胃蛋白酶活性、增加消化液分泌、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗炎、降血脂等药理作用。临床主要用于治疗与食积相关的疾病,对脂肪肝、高脂血症也有较好的疗效,对肠道菌群具有一定的作用。文章综述了保和丸的化学组成、药理作用、临床应用及与肠道菌群的作用,为保和丸的临床应用与实验研究提供一定的参考。

Baohe pill is an important digestion guide drug from the danxi xinfa written by ZHU Dan-xi.The chemical constituents of Baohe pills are mainly studied in organic acid,hesperidin and forsythia.Pharmacological effects mainly include increasing gastrointestinal motility,enhancing pepsin activity,increasing secretion of digestive juice,anti-atherosclerosis,anti-inflammation and lowering blood lipid.Clinical application is mainly focused on diseases related to food accumulation,and it has good curative effect on fatty liver and hyperlipidemia.In addition,the interaction between Baohe pill and intestinal flora has also been studied in recent years.Review the research on baohe pills in recent years and provide some references for the clinical application and experimental research of Baohe pills.
