重离子辐射诱变对玉米自交系主要生理特性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨重离子辐射诱变对玉米自交系生理特性的影响,本研究以玉米自交系"LT2015"为材料,通过重离子辐射诱变创建突变体库,从突变体库中筛选出11个突变自交系,室内检测突变自交系和"LT2015"的主要生理指标。结果表明,突变自交系的叶绿素含量均有程度不同的增加,除"Tu-3"外,其余突变自交系的可溶性糖含量均高于对照"LT2015";而突变自交系的蛋白质含量和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈下降趋势;与对照"LT2015"比,突变自交系的丙二醛含量则呈现高低不同的变化。这一生理特性变化结果表明,重离子辐射诱变下玉米自交系的光合强度和营养代谢增强,而抗逆能力下降。本研究为重离子辐射诱变创新玉米种质提供一定的理论依据。 In order to explore physiological effects of the heavy-ion beam irradiation. Main physiological traits of maize inbred line ’ LT2015’’ and its 11 mutants from a mutant library, which was created by heavy-ion beam irradiation. The results showed that the chlorophyll content in all the eleven mutant inbred lines increased to a degree and except to the mutant ’ Tu-3’’, the soluble carbohydrate content of the rest mutant lines was higher than that of the check ’ LT2015’’. On the contrary, the protein content and POD activity in the mutant lines had a decline tendency in comparison with the check. The consistent changes in the malondialdehyde content in the mutant lines were not found. This indicates the photosynthesis efficiency and carbohydrate metabolism enhance and the stress resistance decrease under heavy-ion beam irradiation condition. This study provides some theoretical basis for heavy ion radiation induced innovation maize germplasm.
