摘要
为优化菊花中防晒成分的超声辅助提取工艺。本研究采用加权综合评分法,以提取液的UVA、UVB和UVC区间的平均吸光度值为指标,在单因素实验基础上,利用正交试验优化菊花中防晒成分的超声辅助提取工艺,并进行验证。结果表明,菊花中防晒成分超声辅助提取的最佳工艺为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比(g/m L)1∶70,提取温度60℃,超声功率240 W,提取时间50 min。本研究初步表明,该工艺稳定、可靠,可用于菊花中防晒成分的提取。
To optimize extraction technology of chrysanthemum suncream constituents. By weighted comprehensive scoring method, the average absorbance of extracting solution with different wavelength range(UVA, UVB and UVC) were calculated and used as the evaluation criterion of extracted chrysanthemum suncream constituents. And based on the single factor experiment method, the orthogonal test was used to optimize extraction technology of chrysanthemum suncream constituents. Validation test was conducted too. The optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of chrysanthemum suncream constituents were as follows: ethanol concentration 70%, solid to liquid ratio 1∶70 g/m L, extraction temperature 60℃, ultrasonic power 240 W, extraction time 50 min. This study preliminarily shows that: The optimized extraction technology is stable and reliable, and could been used to the chrysanthemum suncream constituents extraction.
