面向教育实践的心理发展理论——再论林崇德教授的学术思想 被引量:3

摘要 林崇德教授长期从事心理学的理论和应用研究,形成了完整的思想体系。在基础理论层面是对理论心理学、一般心理学实体理论的研究,后者包括思维结构理论、创造性理论、品德发展理论、教师素质理论等;在应用研究层面,结合教育实际需求形成了学科能力理论、创造性学习理论、心理健康理论、师德理论等;在教育实践层面,直接领导了思维发展的教育改革实验,推动创新人才培养、德育以及心理健康教育的实践探索,并提出教师教育方案;在教育政策层面,完成了中国学生发展核心素养理论这一个人学术生涯集大成的成果,为我国教育改革提供了思想来源。 Professor Lin Chongde has been engaged in the theoretical and applied research of psychology for a long time and has formed a complete ideological system. At the basic theoretical level, it is the study of theoretical psychology and substantive theory of general psychology. The latter includes the theory of thinking structure, the theory of creativity, the theory of moral development, the theory of teachers’ quality and so on. At the level of applied research, combined with the actual needs of education, he proposed the theories of subject ability, creative learning, mental health and teacher’s ethics. At the level of educational practice, he directly led the educational reform experiment of thinking development, promoted the practical exploration of innovative talents cultivation, moral education and mental health education, and put forward the plan of teacher education. At the level of education policy, he has completed the theory of Chinese students’ development of key competency, which is a comprehensive achievement of his academic career and provides a source of ideas for educational reform in China.
