摘要
以干旱区绿洲城市乌鲁木齐市为研究对象,构建人口城市化与土地城市化综合评价指标体系,采用变异系数法与熵权法相结合的方法计算指标权重,同时运用综合指数法与耦合协调度模型,测算乌鲁木齐市人口城市化与土地城市化的耦合协调状况.研究结果表明:乌鲁木齐市人口城市化与土地城市化大体呈现2个阶段的变化趋势,2004~2013年,人口城市化与土地城市化均呈上升趋势,但土地城市化仍滞后于人口城市化;2013~2016年,人口城市化呈波动趋势,土地城市化呈不断上升的趋势,这一阶段人口城市化滞后于土地城市化;乌鲁木齐市人口城市化与土地城市化耦合协调度呈逐年平稳增长趋势,耦合协调发展经历不协调发展、磨合发展、转型发展、中度协调发展和高度协调发展的转变趋势;城市发展类型经历了土地城市化滞后型、同步型和人口城市化滞后型的转变.
Taking Urumqi as the research object, a comprehensive evaluation index system of population urbanization and land urbanization is constructed. By combining coefficient of variation method with entropy weight method, the index weight is calculated. And the coupling coordination status between population urbanization and land urbanization in Urumqi is calculated by using comprehensive index method and coupling coordination degree model. The results show that Urumqi’s population urbanization and land city generally show two stages of change trend. From 2004 to 2013, both the population urbanization and the land urbanization showed an upward trend. However, the land urbanization still lagged behind the population urbanization. From 2013 to 2016, the population urbanization showed a fluctuating trend, the land urbanization showed a rising trend. The population urbanization lagged behind the land urbanization. The coupling coordination degree between the population urbanization and the land urbanization in Urumqi shows a steady growth trend year by year. The types of coupling and coordinated development experience a trend of uncoordinated development, running-in development, transition development, moderate coordinated development and highly coordinated development. The types of urban development experience land urbanization lag type, synchronization type, and population urbanization lag type.
