摘要
以均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,通过部分化学亚胺化法制备聚酰亚胺薄膜,研究了不同催化剂(三乙醇胺、三乙胺、3-甲基吡啶、吡啶和异喹啉)对化学亚胺化反应速率及聚酰亚胺薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:催化剂的不同导致化学亚胺化反应速率差异很大,且由不同催化剂制得的聚酰亚胺薄膜力学性能和耐热性具有较大差别,其中由3-甲基吡啶、吡啶和异喹啉催化剂制得的聚酰亚胺薄膜力学性能和耐热性能较好。
A series of polyimide films were prepared by partly chemical imidization using pyromellitic dianhydride and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether as monomers.The effect of catalysts(triethanolamine,triethylamine,3-methylpyridine,pyridine,and isoquinoline)on the reaction rate of chemical imidization and the performance of polyimide films were studied.The results show that the reaction rates of chemical imidization varies greatly with different catalysts,and the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the polyimide films catalyzed by different catalysts are quite different.The mechanical properties and heat resistance of the polyimide films catalyzed by 3-methylpyridine,pyridine,and isoquinoline are better.
