摘要
本文提出一种利用超声空化效应对SF6退役吸附剂进行再生以及无害化处理的方法。通过超声清洗使得吸附剂再生,再利用氢氧化钙溶液对脱附的吸附质进行无害化处理,将毒性氟化物转变为不可溶的氟钙盐,以消除对环境的危害。结果表明:超声清洗对SF6退役吸附剂的最佳处理时间为20 min,所得再生吸附剂的吸附能力可恢复至原始吸附剂的85%~90%,相较于传统的方法,该方法具有成本低、效率高、效果好等特点。
This paper proposed a regeneration and harmless treatment method for SF6 decommissioned adsorbent by the ultrasound cavitation effect.The absorbent was regenerated by ultrasonic cleaning,and then was treated by calcium hydroxide solution to convert toxic fluoride into insoluble calcium fluoride salt,eliminating the harm to environment.The results show that the optimal treatment time of ultrasonic cleaning for SF6 decommissioned adsorbent is 20 min,and the adsorption capacity of the regenerated adsorbent can recover 85%~90%.Compared with the traditional methods,this method has the characteristics of low cost,high efficiency,and good effects.
