曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF TRIMETAZIDINE IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEART FAILURE

目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2016年1月-2017年12月我院收治的116例CHF患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组58例。二组均给予常规CHF对症治疗,观察组在此基础上应用曲美他嗪治疗。观察比较二组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能与血管内皮功能指标的变化,以及药物不良反应。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组(84.48%)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组左心室射血分数(LVEF)与6分钟步行距离(6-MWD)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组内皮素-1(ET-1)低于对照组(P<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)与血流介导血管舒张功能(FMD)高于对照组(P<0.05)。二组治疗期间均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论曲美他嗪治疗CHF疗效确切,可以有效改善患者的心功能与血管内皮功能,安全可靠,适于临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of one hundred and sixteen patients with CHF admitted to Beijing Luhe Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases in each group.Both groups were given symptomatic treatment of conventional CHF,and the observation group was treated with trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups,changes in cardiac function and endothelial function before and after treatment,and adverse drug reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.55%,which was higher than that of the control group(84.48%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF and 6-MWD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ET-1 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the NO and FMD were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse drug reactions were observed during the two treatment periods.Conclusion Trimetazidine is effective in the treatment of CHF,which can effectively improve the heart function and vascular endothelial function of patients,safe and reliable,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
