摘要
痤疮是皮肤科最常见的慢性炎症性毛囊皮脂腺疾病,常造成瘢痕与色素沉着。痤疮瘢痕不仅影响患者外观,更对其造成心理与精神上的负担。目前治疗痤疮瘢痕的方法众多,且不断有新方法被应用,但尚无针对不同瘢痕情况的治疗方案指南共识。笔者就萎缩性痤疮瘢痕非手术治疗方法的进展作一综述。
Objective Acne is the most common chronic inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands and hair follicles.Scarring has been reported in up to 95% of these patients.The scars not only affect the appearance of patients,but also have psychological and spiritual effects.A number of options are available for the treatment of acne scar,and newer modalities appear constantly.However,there is a lack of consensus guidelines on therapies for various clinical scenarios.The aim of this review is to summarize current clinical non-surgical treatment of atrophic acne scars.
