补肺活血胶囊联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY OF BUFEI HUOXUE CAPSULE COMBINED WITH TIOTROPIUM BROMIDE POWDER INHALATION IN THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE

目的探讨补肺活血胶囊联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法将88例COPD患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组在常规基础治疗基础上采用噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗。观察组在对照组基础上,采用补肺活血胶囊治疗。对比二组患者的疗效。比较二组的肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)/FVC、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%prep)]的水平。检测二组患者的血液流变学(全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体)的水平。记录二组患者的不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。二组治疗后的FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%prep明显升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的FVC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%prep比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组治疗后的全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体显著降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二组患者在治疗过程中未发生明显不良反应。结论补肺活血胶囊可提高COPD的疗效,改善血液流变学水平,提高肺功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bufei Huoxue capsule combined with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Eighty-eight patients with COPD were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with regular basic treatment consined with tiotropium bromide powder inhalation.The observation group was treated with Bufei Huoxue capsule on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.The lung function indexes(FVC,(FEV1)/FVC,FEV1% prep) were compared between the two groups.The levels of blood rheology(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and D-dimer) were measured.The adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% prep in both groups increased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1/FVC and FEV1% prep in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and D-dimer of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and D-dimer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Bufei Huoxue capsule can improve the curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,andimprove the level of hemorheology and lung function.
