摘要 为了给配套维修和预测性维修提供强有力的数据支撑和科学判断,减少温度异常带来的故障损失降,通过多次对采煤机摇臂温度测试进行调研分析,同时结合FLIR-T440红外线热成像的应用,结合现场使用经验等最终研发一套故障率低、测试准确性高的采煤机摇臂温度场测试技术。传统的"点温仪"只能测试采煤机外表温度,对采煤机内部关键点的温度测试却无能为力,因而采煤机摇臂检修故障率无法准确判断,严重影响了生产接续。而FLIR-T440红外线热成像仪测试摇臂,弥补了传统"点温仪"不能采集采煤机内部关键点温度的缺陷,提高了温度测试的准确性。最终开发一套基于FLIR-T440红外线热成像技术测试采煤机摇臂温度场方法。 In order to provide strong data support and scientific judgment for supporting maintenance and predictive maintenance, and reduce the loss of fault caused by temperature anomaly, this paper investigates and analyzes the rocker arm temperature test of the shearer several times, and combines FLIR-T440 infrared heat. The application of imaging, combined with field experience, finally developed a set of testing techniques for the rocker arm temperature field with low failure rate and high test accuracy. The traditional "point temperature meter" can only test the external temperature of the shearer, but it can’t do anything about the temperature test of the key points inside the shearer. Therefore, the failure rate of the rocker arm inspection can not be accurately judged, which seriously affects the production connection. The FLIR-T440 infrared thermal imager test rocker arm makes up for the defect which the traditional "point thermometer" can not collect the temperature of the key point inside the shearer, and improves the accuracy of the temperature test. Finally, a method based on FLIR-T440 infrared thermal imaging technology to test the temperature field of the shearer rocker arm was developed.
