Practical Exploration of Modern Apprenticeship System in Hotel Management

酒店管理专业人才培养质量对旅游业乃至现代服务业的发展具有极其重要的影响,因而开展酒店管理专业现代学徒制人才培养的实践就显得尤为重要。文章以酒店行业现状及人力资源状况为出发点,发现现代学徒制实施中面临合作企业选取难、岗位固定、换岗难、实习生管理难、考评不完备、后段流动大等具体问题;分析了影响实施的主要因素在于缺乏配套措施、保障制度不完备、培养地位不清晰、校企合作不够紧密、师傅水平难保障。从而提出了开展现代学徒制的建议:政府出台可行的保障机制、酒店行业配套相关行规、增强实施现代学徒制的认识、增强校企互利合作、加强专业内涵建设、提升校企导师素质等。

The professional training quality of hotel management has an extremely important impact on the development of tourism industry and modern service industry. Therefore, it is important to carry out the modern apprenticeship training of hotel management.Starting from the current situation of hotel industry and human resources, the article finds that the implementation of modern apprenticeship system is facing with such specific problems as difficult selection, fixed posts, difficult job change and management of interns, incomplete evaluation and large back-stage mobility. It also analyses the main factors that affect the implementation of the system, such as lack of supporting measures, security system, etc. Therefore, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of modern apprenticeship system, such as the introduction of a feasible guarantee mechanism by the government and the relevant rules and regulations in the hotel industry, the enhancement of the understanding of the implementation of modern apprenticeship system, mutually beneficial cooperation between schools and enterprises, the professional connotation construction, and the the quality of school-enterprise mentors.
