探索现代学徒制下赛证融合专业课程教学新模式——以“甘肃导游”课程为例

Exploration on the New Teaching Mode of Combination of Competition and Qualifications Based on the Modern Apprenticeship System

"现代学徒制"的内在价值、涵义与高职院校培养"技术技能人才"的价值需求高度契合,实施现代学徒制,首先要进行课程体系的重构。将职业资格证和各级导游技能竞赛结合起来,对探索、构建新的教学模式进行可行性分析,充分利用职业资格证和技能竞赛资源要素进行教学改革,通过课改案例证实现代学徒制人才培养模式的必要性。

The intrinsic value and meaning of modern apprenticeship system are highly consistent with the value of training technical talents in vocational colleges. To implement modern apprenticeship system, the curriculum system must be reconstructed first. Combining vocational qualification certificate and skill competition of tour guides, this paper analyzes the feasibility of exploring and constructing the new teaching mode, makes full use of resource elements to carry out teaching reform, and proves the necessity of talent training mode of modern apprenticeship system.
