中国制造视域下高职学生“工匠精神”协同培育机制构建

Construction of Cooperative Cultivation Mechanism of Vocational College Students’ Spirit of Craftsmen from the Perspective of Made in China

以高职学生工匠精神培育为研究对象,通过对高职院校学生工匠精神培育方面存在的主要问题及其存在的原因的分析,借鉴西方发达国家对于大学生工匠精神培育的经验与启示,提出从政府、学校和企业三个维度探索高职学生工匠精神协同培育的优化策略,形成高职院校学生工匠精神培育的具体思路。

Taking the training of the vocational college students’ spirit of craftsmen as the subject, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of training, puts forward some strategies to explore cooperative cultivation from government, colleges, and enterprises, and forms the concrete thoughts to cultivate the students’ spirit of craftsmen.
