高职新生解释风格与幸福感关系的实证研究——以包头职业技术学院为例

An Empirical Study on the Relationship Between Interpretation Style and Happiness of Freshmen in Vocational Colleges

文章研究采用问卷调查法,对本院大一新生的解释风格和幸福感的特点及其关系进行研究,结果表明:高职新生的解释风格处于中等水平,幸福感处于中度幸福水平;解释风格与幸福感存在显著相关;积极解释能正向预测幸福指数,消极解释则对幸福指数具有负向预测作用。由此得出高职新生的解释风格对幸福感具有显著影响。

The paper did a study on the characteristics and relationship between interpretation style and happiness of freshmen in Baotou Vocational & Technical College with a questionnaire. The results show that the interpretation style and happiness of the freshmen are at medium level and they are relative to each other. Positive interpretation can enhance the happiness index and negative interpretation has a negative predictive effect on happiness index. Therefore, the interpretation of vocational college freshmen has significant effect on their happiness.
