内容提供商如何以万众之“智”谋自身之“惠”?——基于“互联网+万众创新”的实证研究 被引量:4

How Content Provider Seeks Benefits from Mass Knowledge?——An Emperical Study Based on“Internet Plus Mass Innovation”

摘要 为了探究内容提供商如何借助万众之“智”谋求自身之“惠”,本文整合知识基础观和服务主导逻辑,构建概念模型,采用386份配对样本开展实证研究。结果表明:能力提供商是万众之“智”最重要的源头,新服务体验者重要性居中,平台企业重要性最弱;内容提供商从这些源头获取的知识对其新服务开发(NSD)绩效有促进作用,其中,显性知识对新服务数量的促进作用更强,隐性知识对新服务评分的促进作用更强;高复杂性任务抑制了显性知识获取对NSD绩效的促进作用,激发了隐性知识获取对NSD绩效的促进作用。研究结论使得“企业知识获取—企业创新绩效”这一理论体系在“互联网+万众创新”的平台生态圈中发展和深化,为内容提供商从知识源、知识类型和任务复杂性全面审视进而实现以万众之“智”谋得自身之“惠”提供指导。 How content provider seeks benefits from mass knowledge embedded in the knowledge network is an essential issue that must be addressed.A conceptual model was constructed from the integrating perspective of knowledge-based view and service-dominant logic.And then,an empirical study was conducted with 386 matchedsamples.The conclusions indicate that:capability provider is the most important knowledge source,followed by new service user and platform enterprise in sequence;explicit and tacit knowledge acquisition from these sources are all positively related to two dimensions of new service development(NSD)performance(i.e.,the number or the evaluation of new service),in which explicit knowledge acquisition has a stronger positive effect on the number of new service than the valuation of new service,while tacit knowledge acquisition has a stronger positive effect on the valuation of new service than the number of new service.Additionally,task complexity inhabits the positive effect of explicit knowledge acquisition on NSD performance,but enhances the positive effect of tacit knowledge acquisition on NSD performance.The findings promote the theoretical framework of“enterprise knowledge acquisition-enterprise innovation performance”extending to the platform ecosystem which aims to promote the implementation of“internet plus mass innovation”.There also are practical implications for content providers to scan mass knowledge from knowledge source,knowledge type and task complexity,and then seek benefits from it.
