基于数据挖掘总结李应东教授治疗慢性心力衰竭用药经验

Summarizing Professor Li Yingdong’s experience in treating chronic heart failure based on data mining

目的总结李应东教授治疗慢性心力衰竭的用药经验,总结新方,为临床医生利用中医药治疗心力衰竭患者提供借鉴与参考。方法利用中医传承辅助平台V2.5构建本地数据库,并利用复杂系统熵聚类核心组合、无监督熵层次聚类新方分析等数据挖掘方法确定收集处方中各种中药间的关联规则。结果通过对247首慢性心力衰竭处方分析,共涉及97味中药。最终根据药物间的关联度得到核心药物组合16对,形成新处方8个。结论李应东教授临床治疗慢性心力衰竭主要以益气温阳为主,再配以理气、活血、安神、利水,凉血等治法。

Objective It is to summarize Professor Li Yingdong’s experience in treating chronic heart failure,in order to find new prescriptions,so as to provide reference and evidence for the clinicians in the treatment of heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Traditional Chinese Medical Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)were used to establish a local database,and the complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering methods,also integrated other methods,were used to explore the prescription rules.Results Totally 247 prescriptions were collected,involving 97 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Eventually,16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were evolved.Conclusion We found that professor LI Yingdong mainly used the Chinese herbs for benefiting Qi and warming Yang and assisted with the therapy methods of regulating Qi-flowing,tranquillization,removing blood stasis,promoting diuresis and cooling blood when he treated heart failure.
