催化裂化装置回炼加氢改质柴油的工业应用

摘要 在中国石油玉门油田炼油化工总厂80万t/a催化裂化(FCC)装置上进行了回炼加氢改质柴油的工业应用,考察了回炼前后FCC装置原料性质、工艺参数、物料平衡和产品性质的变化情况。结果表明:回炼加氢改质柴油(掺炼比为5.48%)后,FCC装置的柴油/汽油(质量比,以下简称柴汽比)增加了0.04个单位,但全厂柴汽比下降了0.11个单位;汽油产品中烯烃、芳烃质量分数分别增加了0.39,0.24个百分点,汽油辛烷值增加了0.44个单位,柴油产品密度增大,十六烷值略有下降。 The industrial application of recycle refining hydrotreated diesel was conducted in the 0.8 Mt/a fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)unit of Refining and Chemical Complex of Yumen Oilfield,PetroChina,and the changing trends of feed property,process parameters,mass balance and product properties of FCC unit were examined before and after adopting recycle refining.The results showed that after adopting hydrotreated diesel recycle refining(blending mass ratio 5.48%),diesel to gasoline ratio of FCC unit had increased 0.04 units,however,diesel to gasoline ratio of the complex had dropped by 0.11 units;the mass fractions of olefin and aromatic hydrocarbon,together with gasoline octane number had increased 0.39,0.24 percentage points and 0.44 units respectively,the density of diesel product had increased,while the cetane number of diesel product had decreased slightly.
