摘要
采用西班牙PolymerChar公司生产的CrystexQC分析仪测定聚丙烯中二甲苯可溶物的质量分数(简称仪器法),考察了该方法的精密度与重复性,并与目前通用的GB/T24282-2009(简称称重法)进行了对比。结果表明:仪器法测得的35℃三氯苯可溶物质量分数和称重法测得的25℃二甲苯可溶物质量分数具有良好的线性相关性,相关系数为0.9991;采用仪器法对同一样品重复测定8次,测得结果的标准偏差和相对标准偏差分别为0.088%,1.14%,回收率的标准偏差和相对标准偏差分别为0.510%,0.52%。
The mass fraction of xylene soluble content in polypropylene was determined by Crystex QC Analyzer Determine of Polymer Char Company,Spanish(hereinafter to be referred as the instrument method),its precision and repeatability were investigated and were compared with GB/T 24282-2009 method(hereinafter to be referred as weighing method).The results showed that the mass fraction of benzene soluble content(35℃)which was measured by instrument method,had a linear correlation with the mass fraction of xylene soluble content(25℃)measured by weighing method,and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9991;when instrument method was used to determine the mass fraction of xylene soluble content in a same simple for 8 times,the standard deviation and relative standard deviation were 0.088%and 1.14%,the standard deviation and relative standard deviation of recovery rate were 0.510%and 0.52%.
