乙烯齐聚法生产α-烯烃的研究进展

Research progress of producing α-olefin by ethylene oligomerization method

对乙烯齐聚法生产α-烯烃的工艺技术特点进行了分析,并从提高催化剂的活性、选择性,降低生产成本,减少齐聚过程中高聚物的生成等方面,对国内外生产α-烯烃的研究方向进行了综述,指出今后我国生产α-烯烃的研究应以齐聚法为基础,同时开展工业化生产全馏分α-烯烃的工艺研究。

The process technology features of producingα-olefin by ethylene oligomerization method were analyzed,and the domestic and oversea research directions ofα-olefin production were summarized in aspects such as improving the activity and selectivity of catalysts,cutting down production costs and reducing generation of polymer in oligomerization process etc.It was pointed out that oligomerization method should be the foundation of future domesticα-olefin production research and the process research of full-range distillatesα-olefin industrial production should be initiated at the same time.
