焊接工艺对高强度贝氏体钢激光-电弧复合焊接头组织和性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对高强度贝氏体钢,对比研究了单层单道和两层两道激光-电弧复合焊对焊接接头组织和硬度、拉伸、冲击等力学性能的影响。结果表明:两种工艺下所得到的接头焊缝区组织存在明显差异,而热影响区组织未见明显不同;两种工艺下的接头全厚度试样和分层试样的抗拉强度接近,而单道焊接头全厚度试样塑性较差;两种工艺下焊缝区和焊接热影响区的冲击吸收功均低于母材,且单道焊焊缝的不同区域的韧性存在较为明显的差异。 Microstructure and mechanical properties including hardness,tensile and impact property of laser-arc hybrid welding joint with different welding condition of a high-strength bainitic is studied.The results indicate that,microstructure of the single-pass weld zone is considerably different from two-pass weld zone,whereas there is no significant difference of heat affected zone with above two welding processes.Tensile strength of single-pass welding joints is close to two welded joints,nonetheless single-pass welding joints has low plasticity.Impact tests performed on the weld zone and heat affected zone show that the impact absorbing energy of two kinds of joint is less than base metal,and there are obvious differences in toughness between different areas of single pass welding zone.
