Numerical simulation and optimization of wear of wear-resistant pipe fittings

摘要 耐磨管件应用于电厂除灰管道设备当中,易因磨损失效导致泄露。使用数值模拟方法,利用欧拉方法和拉格朗日方法对气力除灰用耐磨管件内的气及固体颗粒的运动轨迹进行仿真计算。涉及的管件形式包括弯头、常规三通及异形三通。预测了磨损容易失效位置及磨损速率大小分布情况。基于数值仿真结果,对某电厂的常规耐磨管件用堆焊衬板在易磨损位置进行了加强,给出了堆焊材料的化学成分及堆焊工艺参数。通过堆焊处理,延长了耐磨管件的使用寿命。 Wear-resistant pipe fittings are used in ash removal pipeline equipment in power plants,which are prone to leakage due to wear and tear.Using numerical simulation methods,the Euler method and Lagrangian method were used to simulate the motion trajectories of gas and solid particles in the wear-resistant pipe fittings for pneumatic ash removal.The pipe fittings involved include elbows,conventional tees and special tees.The location of wear-prone failure and the distribution of wear rate were predicted.Based on the results of numerical simulations,the overlay welding linings for conventional wear-resistant pipe fittings in a power plant were strengthened in easy-wearing positions,and the chemical com-position and surfacing parameters of the overlay welding materials were given.Through the surfacing process,the service life of the wear-resistant pipe fittings is extended.
