摘要
窑气废水成分复杂,净化处理工艺亟待开发。以COD的去除率为评价指标,研究窑气废水复合型净水剂配方的优化及工艺条件实验。结果表明:20℃下加入生石灰0.20 g,加入沉淀剂C 0.04 g,再加入0.5%阳离子聚丙烯酰胺0.10 mL。测得COD含量3.50 mg/L,处理净化效果较好。为企业实现绿色发展和水污染防治攻坚战奠定了基础。
The composition of kiln gas wastewater is complex,and the purification and treatment technology needs to be developed urgently.Based on the COD removal rate as the evaluation indexes,the study of kiln gas wastewater compound water purifier formula optimization and process conditions of the experiment.The optimal reaction conditions are established as follows:at 20℃,0.20 g quick lime,0.04 g the precipitant C,0.10 mL 0.5%cationic polyacrylamide are added,the COD content is 3.50 mg/L,purification effect is better.It has laid a solid foundation for enterprises to achieve green development and fight against water pollution.
