摘要
流量是洪水预报分析的重要因子。迅速快捷获取相对准确的实时流量信息对做好水文预报服务十分关键,但目前实时快捷获取流量信息仍存在许多技术层面的问题。以西江梧州水文站2014、2015年及2017年21 m以上走航式ADCP或流速仪测流成果为依托,通过按水位分级,以实测水位、龙圩与梧州同时水位差、梧州同时水位涨落率等多要素为参数构建分水位级的梧州站水位流量关系,便于从实时水位监测信息获取实时相应流量成果,利用2017年实测流量成果进行检验,取2019年7月水位过程作推流计算,从检验成果及推流成果可知,采用本方法所构建的梧州站水位流量关系精度较好,能满足实际需要,同时通过水位监测成果构建,便于做到实时在线监测流量情况,丰富江河流量监测手段,积累用实测水位信息监测流量经验,为今后广西具有上下游水位监测的河段构建水位流量关系提供参考和借鉴。
Flow is an important factor for flood forecast analysis.Rapid and convenient acquisition of relative accurate real-time flow data is the key of well hydrological forecast service.There still exist much technical problems for flow data acquisition.Based on the flow records of 2014,2015 and 2017 at Wuzhou Hydrological Station measured with vessel-mounted ADCP or current meter,the level-flow relationships of various water level classifications were established for Wuzhou station taking into account multiple factors such as measured level,simultaneous level difference between Longxu and Wuzhou,simultaneous level rise/fall rate of wuzhou etc.,which permits convenient acquirement of real-time flow from level monitoring data.Flow measurement data of 2017 was used to check the relationship,and flow calculation was conducted with the level process in July of 2019,which demonstrated the acquired relationship has high accuracy able to meet actual requirements.It provides reference for establishment of level-flow relationship based on upstream and downstream level monitoring data and rapid flow data acquisition at river sections in Guangxi.
