基层水文测报一体化管理改革是广西全面深化水文改革的一项重要内容,是新形势新要求下提高水文公共服务水平和管理能力的关键措施,是推动广西水文可持续发展的一项重大改革。以昭平县中心水文站为例,从模式观念、管理方式、测报服务以及人才思路四个方面浅析广西水文测报一体化管理优势。

Basic-level hydrologic measurement and prediction integration management reform is an important part of comprehensively deepening hydrological reform in Guangxi;is the key measure for improving hydrologic public service level and management capability;is the significant reform for promoting sustainable hydrological development of Guangxi.Taking the Central Hydrological Station of Zhaoping County as example,the author analyzed the advantages of adopting hydrologic measurement and prediction integration management in Guangxi in respects of mode and concept,management mode,measurement and prediction service and personnel resources.
