应用于调峰的电池储能系统平准化分析 被引量:12

摘要 针对储能项目单位发电量成本难以衡量的问题,提出一种适用于电池储能系统的平准化成本评估模型。建立了电池储能系统在全寿命周期内的成本模型。利用雨流计数法与等效循环寿命法对电池储能系统的运行寿命进行预测;根据全寿命周期内的总投资成本与储能总放电量之间的关系,建立了适用于电池储能系统的平准化成本评估模型,利用该模型进行敏感性分析,得到了影响平准化成本的主要因素;以变功率充放电控制策略参与削峰填谷为算例展开分析,结果表明该控制策略参与调峰有效地削减了峰谷差,取得了较好的削峰填谷效果,因其平准化成本较高,故提出了降低平准化成本的相关建议。 Aiming at the difficulty of measuring the unit power generation cost of energy storage projects,a levelized cost evaluation model suitable for battery energy storage system was proposed.First,a cost model of the battery energy storage system over its entire life cycle was established.The operating life of the battery energy storage system was predicted by the rain flow counting method and the equivalent cycle life method.Then,based on the relationship between the total investment cost and the total energy storage capacity in the whole life cycle,a levelized cost evaluation model suitable for the battery energy storage system was established.Sensitivity analysis was performed using the model to obtain the main factors affecting the levelized cost.Finally,the variable power charge-discharge control strategy in the peak-shaving and valley-filling was used to analyze.The results show that the control strategy is effective in reducing the difference between peak and valley and achieving a good peak-filling effect.Due to the high levelized cost,relevant suggestions for reducing the levelized cost are proposed.
