摘要
既有地下管线穿越基坑时,当存在某些管道难以迁移或无法迁移,则会采取悬吊保护措施。目前,国内基坑工程中针对管井的保护案例较少,特别是砌体管井的保护案例更少。为解决砌体管井悬吊保护问题,以东莞市某地下空间通道为例,详细阐述砌体管井保护技术的总体思路,介绍主要构件的计算过程,分析施工要点、施工准备要点、监测要点、通风及照明安全及有限空间作业重难点。结果表明砌体管井保护技术具有施工方便、经济效益良好、提高安全富余度等优点,同时施工过程中要注意加强管井的监测,满足通风、照明及有限空间作业等要求。
When an existing underground pipeline passes through a foundation pit,if some pipelines are difficult to migrate or cannot be migrated,suspension protection measures will be taken.At present,there are fewer protection cases for wells in domestic foundation pit projects,especially for masonry well.In order to solve the problem of suspension protection of masonry pipe wells,this article takes an underground space passage in Dongguan as an example to explain the general idea of masonry pipe well protection technology,introduce the calculation requirements of main components,analyze the construction points,preparation points,monitoring points,ventilation,lighting and limited space construction points.The conclusion shows that the masonry tube well protection technology has the advantages of convenient construction,good economic benefits,and high safety margin.During the construction process,attention should be paid to strengthening the monitoring,and it is also necessary to meet the requirements of ventilation,lighting and limited space operations during the construction process.
