摘要
塔机连续顶升作业时,高压系统压力损失使系统油液温度迅速升高,不仅造成能量损失,还会使系统性能下降。利用AMESim软件对顶升液压系统进行热分析,并利用风冷散热器提高系统散热能力。同时基于温差发电原理设计一种节能降温油箱,将废弃热能转化电能为风扇提供动力。由仿真及实验可知应用风冷散热器可以有效对液压系统降温;温差电源可以满足冷却风扇的功率需求,无须附加动力。
During the continuous jacking operation of tower crane,the pressure loss of the high-pressure system makes the oil temperature of the system rise rapidly,which not only causes the energy loss,but also degrades system performance.Jacking hydraulic system is analyzed by AMESim,and the air-cooled radiator is used to improve the heat dissipation ability of the system.At the same time,an energy saving cooling tank is designed based on the principle of thermoelectricity generation,which converts waste heat energy into electric energy to provide power for the fan.According to the simulation and experiment,the fan-cooled radiator can effectively reduce the temperature of the hydraulic system;thermoelectric power supply can meet the electric power demand of fan without additional power.
